Marcel Vogelmann has been part of the Seifert Logistics Group management since 2020 as Chief Financial Officer. As a total man of action, his areas of activity include Finance, IT and Human Resources.

Mario Wolter joined the Seifert Logistics Group in 2012 as a Senior Consultant and, after a brief “Seifert break”, has been running Forwarding for the Group as Chief Operating Officer since 2022. In this interview he talks about his goals and what he particularly values about the company.

Julian Seifert joined the company in March 2020, strengthening the team as Division Manager Standardisation & Digitisation. With his master’s degree in International Management and his visionary approach, he wants to lead the Seifert Logistics Group into a digital future.

Tim Seifert -
shareholder & member of the Advisory Board
Tim Seifert, who has also completed his master’s degree in International Management, is a graduate of the Coaching Center Berlin and has been self-employed as an Integral Business Coach since 2019. He has been a member of the
Seifert Logistics Group Advisory Board since 2020 and, as a shareholder, focuses on the company’s strategic development.

Jan Brachmann & Hannes Brade CEO Seifert Polska / Authorised Signatory
Jan Brachmann and Hannes Brade were there from the outset and are responsible for the success of Seifert Polska.
As Managing Director and Authorised Signatory they have made the subsidiary what it is today.

Karl Rederer -
Long-term truck driver (retired)
Karl Rederer was one of the first employees of the Seifert Logistics Group and stayed with the company as a driver for 52 years. On the occasion of its 75th anniversary we visited him in retirement and chatted about the good old days.

Hansjürgen Peichler is Managing Director of Sappi Logistics Wesel GmbH. A valuable partnership emerged after the ELPA was dissolved, from which mutual respect and real friendships evolved.

Wolfgang Kutscha -
Former Board Member for Sappi’s German plants (Alfeld + Ehingen)
Wolfgang Kutscha was on the Board of SAPPI Alfeld and SAPPI Ehingen for many years. Formerly known as “Schwäbischer Zellstoff”, SAPPI has been working closely with the Seifert Logistics Group for 75 years.

In this interview Wolfgang Kutscha talks about the cooperative partnership that persists to this day.

Heiko Werf -
Managing Director Baumit GmbH
Heiko Werf has been at Baumit (formerly Bayosan) since 1988 as logistics manager and then managing director and played a crucial role in establishing the partnership with the Seifert Logistics Group.

We asked him how it all came about back then and what he thinks makes the partnership so special.

In addition to furnishing the fleet, Seifert and Mercedes-Benz are connected by a close partnership today: Seifert is responsible amongst other things for all the logistics at the engine plant in Jawor.

Final words

75 years are now coming to an end. 75 years full of challenges, full of speed, full of drive and passion. 75 years full of family, growth, community and cohesion.

And yet it’s only this story that ends with this major anniversary – while a whole world of opportunities opens up. Because the Seifert Logistics Group will continue to give its all to achieve new goals, to expand and to ensure it always offers its customers that crucial millimetre more. Each new day brings opportunities that are just waiting to be seized – and that’s precisely what we’re going to do.

We’re heading into the future at full speed.
